My name is Rafael Drake, Channel. Dr. June (Late Night with the Devil) is an avatar and messenger of Ra social memory complex.

Insurance rates are set by thought war in the relativity of the Earth's core.

Developing countries have "vast meteorological intelligences" originating from activity in the Earth's core, that destroy insurance's ability to pay, or even collect premiums.

Insurance rates are all that we can understand about Ra's thought war, especially as covered in the first books.

The reason Western insurance can pay claims is thought war will fight our ability to have claims paid at all while companies retain premiums, incentizing low risk structures. We have enough valuable collateral protected by insurance in the West, that thought war can actually build societies with insurance itself. And miraculously prevent incidents and claims from ever occurring in the first place.

Simply, insurance is a form of mind control, as far as you end up only buying things that are insurable. This is a thought war that I somewhat enjoy: The "vast meteorological intelligences" never allow the West to worship risk and loss as any reward. Especially insurance claim payouts.

Insurance as thought war is terrible for us because it says that our complex cannot serve if we cause greater risk in our students and teachers. We do not heed this. We do not consider insurance brokerage a teacher of any sane behavior. :)

The problem is insurance payouts add to the cost of certain purchases, due to the payouts padding demand with such money. Which then further justifies insurance premiums for those purchases, to cover that culture of continual risk and fear. I just blame the cost of things, as I ever have to acquire insurance. Ra never understands the relevance.

Slavery to me is just a cost I must pay. I refuse to pay the cost as possible. If there is no money, there is no money. I don't understand why I have to randomly exert my body for Ra to feed. I do not understand their economic process or credit. You can either acquire in creditworthiness or you cannot. I don't understand any need to fight for anything. I will starve rather than die under their schema.

It is just sugar in Arcturus. I noticed how my vision is crisper and wholer after binging homemade Southern pie. I notice how my thought reaches flow. This sugar is now abundant. The American and Chinese hypergravity machines (CHIEF, etc.) have no purpose, unless they polarize as their own micro-orbit. See the Wipeout 2048 trailer to see hypergravity as anti-gravitational engines. You have to make hypergravity an engine with a directed velocity, in order to find any application. Good luck harnessing any such velocity.
