Rather, the CIA cannot accurately profile any person resisting their own identity, racial or otherwise. I don't believe they can. This is my challenge.

I claim Martian polarity of "Hot Pursuit" and say that the FBI, CIA and NSA cannot presently detect, collect from or capture any real person that acts as Abdul Hakim does. The racial stereotypes will exhaust their local morale against dead and false ends.

Simply, the FBI, CIA and NSA cannot succeed in their missions against any real persons similar to Abdul Hakim in behavior. They will lose. Because they do not care about such an individual more than any generic profile or narrative.

An entity here is able to claim all polarity for racial warfare due to policing practices that are far too rural. This has disrupted contact completely because of what the Channel has refused as their own identity. We are at an end with Abdul Hakim being a better alternative problem for us to solve, over an isolated police jurisdiction. :)
