My view is the courts do not wish to assign any religion or god to its convicts beyond Islam, Allah and “guns, ammunition and explosives.” They cannot see themselves confining worshippers, knowingly and publicly, else they create monastics exceeding the purges of the Church of England. They cannot afford a prison system that reforms people to lifetime monastics.

So the courts of the United States rather say all their convicts and prisoners seek Islam, Allah and “guns, ammunition and explosives” for whatever reasons of their blindness.

Myself, I do not seek Islam; Allah; nor guns, ammunition and explosives. I renounce these much beyond any Gandhi.

It is odd how the United States confines Mexicans, as these are majorly Catholic and familially Catholic. Yet they do not assign this native benefit. They rather somehow subliminally associate Mexicans and their southern brethren with the same status of Islamic nationalists. Quite random foreign policy to me.

I believe the Theodore Roosevelt Administration knew better.

“Secular reform of convicts” requires a political platform and voting blocs that ever make such a bill or promise through an executive government. We have blind offerings of the Ten Commandments, sparing a mention of Christ. Apparently the Texas government cannot afford to defend or offer Christ directly in schools. They focus on original sin instead.

The indictment and information provisioned to a court is what detains, convicts and confines, only with an appeal to Congress through its higher courts is any further freedom attained.

The confinement itself is without power much less budget for climate control in its concrete ovens.

The caselaw of endless convicts is set on the judge, its Congress and local statesmen provisioning a certain precedent, since the Magna Carta showed the king will often fight and make treaty with their subjects, lords and people.

Smaller men believe they are the law regardless. I find such countries to be similar to the wardens of El Salvador and South Sudan, favorite proxy soldiers of the Trump Administration.

This is my understanding of law.

My challenge, particularly to the State of Texas, is that people are not allowed to seek their own God in prison. They are not allow to seek their own concept of a soul in prison.

People are made to worship a Abrahamic God only by working towards canned mackerel in most American prisons, much less in El Salvador and South Sudan. I believe the Trump Administration says the American prison is essentially a goalpost that is El Salvador and South Sudan, they seek only Hell for prisoners.
