Chief Justice Roberts has a Supreme Court, for two centuries, that has not created one precedent that is supreme to either Congress or the presidency.

What independent Supreme Court? It has no case law that has become actual law. That is my counter-report for 2024.

Congressional law is still supreme to the Supreme Court and Executive Orders, as of 2024.

Congress has stoked fear into the presidency with its powers of impeachment. The presidency constantly overrides Congress with free floating Executive Orders. The Supreme Court has no literal paper here. The Supreme Court shreds its precedent more than NARA ever will. There is nothing that gives the Supreme Court any independent power, other than it changing its own precedent on a whim.

We cannot serve this seal of 2024 except as mockery of the Channel believing they can avoid law through Apollo, as this averaging. :)
