I have to polarize the racial issues. Because that is what Ra needs to average genetics and epigenetics "without becoming Creator."

I think it is easier and cheaper for federal and state justice departments to prosecute black and brown people, over white people. The voters and donors love seeing black and brown people in prison, over white people. That is my "conspiracy" on racism in the American justice system.

It is good for elections and the budget if you put black and brown people in prison, for any reason. The white people are too expensive and too supported to try. It is a matter of efficiency.

I don't think anyone really cares about anyone. I think it is about government funding this occurs. People love supporting a government that punishes only black and brown people, and not white people.
