I love the CIA-NSA because they rely on more Congressional pork barrel than anyone else.

Phones are too vulnerable with tools made for and against them, in the hands of law enforcement. So what are the military and spy agencies to do?

You end up fighting your own police as they are infiltrated by mafia, gangs and cartel, historically known to you.

There is no option to remove a phone from a person without it becoming a void. That is the future. That is what happens with devices like these.
