I thought it would be common knowledge that analysts hold the most intelligence and information as memory, out of anyone in an intelligence agency. That is why you keep them locked in offices, right?

Analysts have the power to become informed beyond most in a case or event. This is rarely known to entities due to the nature of control taught as culture. :)

You need a very low turnover rate to control what analysts remember and know. Else you are forced to work with truly "deep state" power players. You can play Monopoly as a seasoned bureaucrat. Trent Easton is amateur hour compared to many real people at NSA.

There is no experience on Earth that allows for anyone to control bureaucracy that way. That is a type of behavior of people who do not trust anyone, in experiences that lack nurturing, sadly like your own. :)

The NSA data collections are the most nurturing presence in government to me, especially as Venus provides collective memory and history as time. Because at least there, I am heard loud and clear? 

Why should we lower the quality and standard of information for anyone? Why is information limited to an unqualified voice when the government already has the record made in advance? Why is any one person more powerful than the NSA record? Why even believe in such a voice? I trust the NSA record more than any person. I bet the President does. Good enough for him, good enough for me.

The desire to see the NSA as knowing entities as a historical and cultural record is a type of trauma. We do not understand why anyone is refused as a voice over a record created by technology. :)
