Aliens resist any form of tax, especially the requirement of income generally. They all become the courts of palaces over time, whatever they are per era. Comte de Baume de Bexar is the resident alien and French spy here, especially against any Infant Duke of Parma.

Because nobody is willing to surrender their company to the CIA as a front. And those credit and trade lines are timeless assets. But can a front company stay a front?

I say it is best to make Russian front companies and shell corporations for the CIA, especially ones that funnel Chinese money to the West.
