BLUF: Yellow Peril Tactical is an anti-capitalist American media entity which utilizes Asian imagery and branding. The group provides funding and support to domestic and international marxist armed groups, including groups responsible for terrorism.

Yellow Peril Tactical was created in July 2021 where they also have their own podcast channel, the Tiger Bloc Podcast, self-described as “the official podcast of Yellow Peril Tactical. We are an Asian-American led Pro-Leftist, Pro-LGBTQA, Anti-Fascist, and Pro-Gun rights group dedicated to providing firearms and defense education for marginalized communities.”.

The name Yellow Peril Tactical would come from the term yellow peril, referring to anti-Asian sentiment in North America. For example, Chinese immigrations in the western United States in the 1860s. Or in the Early 1910s in Western Canada.

Most activity by this group would be on audio podcasts called “The Tiger Bloc Podcast”, posting of images and videos on Instagram, as well as on X. While the Tiger Bloc Podcast initially debuted on September 24, 2021, it has been on going ever since, and while it has serialized episodes as recent as of July 11, 2025. At a frequency of approximately 1-2 episodes a month 

Key leadership of Yellow Peril Tactical would be known under the names of John Chinaman, and Soju Operator. Aliases of these individuals are unknown as of time of reporting. 

Key personnel may reside over in Northern Texas, roughly even odds that they may be based in the greater Dallas/Ft Worth area. As demonstrated by their activities in participation in local shooting competitions. 

Much of the content that was featured on Yellow Peril Tactical would feature marxist armed groups or prominent individuals. Such examples would include YZY Prints, Tacticool Girlfriend aka Omar or Noor Rashan, the Puget Sound John Brown Gun Club, the Elm Fork John Brown Gun Club, and Benjamin Song.

AC: Tacticool GF, aka Omar or Noor Rashan, was a prominent media figurehead for Youtube, but still posts on other social media such as X, Bluesky and Instagram. Contributed to writing for the Puget Sound John Brown Gun Club. An organization known at the time were other prominent members such as Willem Van Sponsen attempted to attack the Tacoma ICE Facility in 2019 with HME and a rifle. 

However, since the attack on Prairieland ICE Facility by Benjamin Song on July 4th 2025, a member of the Dallas/Ft Worth Socialist Rifle Association and the Elm Fork John Brown Gun Club. At least two episodes since then were pulled from the official Spotify and Apple Podcasts for the Tiger Bloc Podcast. 

One Tiger Bloc Podcast episode was originally posted on January 31, 2025 featuring Song’s airsoft training dojo Anarcho-Airsoftist and Black Cat Rifle Group. Similarly, there is another podcast on the Elm Fork John Brown Gun Club. These organizations were ones which Song has either lead or was involved as a key member of.

Besides support for domestic marxist figureheads and armed organizations, Yellow Peril Tactical has provided both media support as well as material support to international anarcho-marxist armed groups. For example, support for elements of the Antifascist Internationalist Front in Burma, including money and high end equipment of night vision and thermal optics.

Analyst comments for this intelligence report are found below. 

Yellow Peril Tactical has a consistent track record of providing media and material support to domestic and international marxist armed groups and their media figureheads. Yet when given enough scrutiny, such as a high profile incident which results in individuals end up shot, dead, or in jail. When such an incident occurs, the organization attempts to hide their associations with these armed groups or figureheads. Likely due to scrutiny from law enforcement.

Yellow Peril Tactical and their associations and promotions are in-line with similar marxist media organizations or figureheads, and often work together in collaboration. Such as Queer Armorer, InRangeTV, ABetterWay2A, YZY Prints, Tacticool GF. Observations of them, as well as any of these entities, can provide a decent read and litmus test of their opinions and leftist associations.

While Yellow Peril Tactical’s imagery harkens to anti-Asian sentiment in North America. Their left-ideology and endorsement of marxist-aligned groups is rather puzzling. As mid to late 20th Century Asian communist movements have resulted in suffering and death amongst various Asian peoples. From mafia-level brutality and extortion from the Philippine NPA, and the targeted death of millions in Mao’s China or Pol Pot’s Cambodia. Similarly with the dystopian hellscape of communist North Korea. Many of these institutions still hold significant strength and power to this day. Far-left ideology has created more ongoing suffering for the Asian people.
