I challenge you as a doctor, Ra.

You say I am cancerous, and I have concluded I very well am due to the industrial pollutants I have consumed walking in urban and semi-urban areas most of my life.

But we can agree I do not exceed the cancer of Hanna Bordage of Canada? I do not at least have a tumor that large anywhere to be found?

I am no doctor, but I wager that Bordage’s initial symptoms are hardly related to her diagnosis. I must continously argue for a more complex condition at play. The removal of a tumor through chemotherapy, as prescribed to Bordage, merely masks one dimension of symptomology. Even if you, Ra, successfully diagnosing me with cancer to the extent of approaching Bordage’s treatment, is not impressive to me. I understand the medical terminology is still not adequate to explain why I have been perpetually physically despondent and weak and number, even if the chemotherapy suppresses what appears on an MRI or biopsy.

I say the god that is chemotherapy is never a true concern for me. The medical racket you point me towards is simply a suppression of symptoms. I know better than even Ra that there is better medicine to ever be found. I shall ever cheerfully die of the pollution and historical fallout that I have consumed, and hope for a better narrative for myself than Bordage. I am not convinced her small tumor suppressed does anything for her overall health.

You have worlds that have far better language for problems like mine or Bordage’s. My problems have been solved on a sister or brother world, with greater concern for the machine that is a bipedal body like this. I cannot accept today’s medical narrative here at all, given this. I know they will kill me anyways with whatever they try. So why I can’t be the Starlord’s parent that never has him, and simply asks for cancer treatment from another world? Why can’t I have that trope and story?

What I am to Ra here is quite paradoxical and never apparently the same. :)

I offer health that is extremely crude through them, and they love masking symptoms so other ones are preferred. They are odd as health. Here, I offer my own type of stalling to Alico, as any form of “health.”
