Ra social memory complex says spying is a dead profession because now it only involves spying on other spies. Spying on Earth produces no new information and intelligence, most of the time. In order for Ra to average spies beyond thieves, they have to be able to collect new information and intelligence for their Creator.

Terry McGinnis as the new Batman has all the pain of the city. He makes Dark Knight work, ever in that time period. Because now police can't make all the calls in a population boom. I invoke Derek Powers as the spiritual result of attempting to feed that city. Derek Powers is Bruce Wayne. But not even God knows why?

And it is odd: Derek Powers has more reason to know and learn, than McGinnis as Batman. McGinnis has none of the wealth Batman has. So all the villains become insaner as that ever develops. "Why do we fight a child?"
