I say they are already obsolete. I wager guns are not necessary for most civilian and urban operations, especially when they are easily seized to plea deals. The more I encounter police and gangs, the more anti-gun I become. I do not mind seeing Congress repeal the 2nd Amendment, as it is their constitutional right to do so.
